Meet at Glen Alla Dog Park

We'll do a quick temperament check to ensure your dog is a great fit.

My love for dogs started with Waco :)

My love for dogs began with Waco, a white German Shepherd who slept in my bed and ran with me every morning. I would sleep in my running clothes with my shoes waiting on the floor, roll out of bed at 5 a.m., and the two of us would cover ten miles before the sun came up. Years later I built a career as a professional hairstylist, but when an injury kept me out of the salon, I started walking neighborhood dogs and discovered the work I was meant to do. Thousands of walks later, I became a certified professional dog groomer and turned that passion into this business. Here's the funny part: I grew up with big dogs and always thought people with little dogs were a bit strange. Now small dogs are my whole world. I saw how often they were overlooked, so everything here is built around dogs under 25 pounds. And I still wake up early every morning, only now it's to greet my pack.

Certified professional dog groomer

I made the leap from styling people to grooming dogs, and I've never looked back.

Questions and answers

Do you take dogs over 25 pounds?

Rarely. Our dogs are under 25, which keeps play gentle and lets us keep eyes on everyone at once.

Is this a kennel?

No. Your dog stays in a real home with cozy beds, tree-lined walks, and room to frolic. No crates or runs.

Is a meet and greet always needed?

Yes. Every new dog starts with a free meet and greet before their first visit.

Where does the meet and greet happen?

At Glen Alla Dog Park. It's neutral ground, so no dog feels crowded on their own turf.

What do I need before the meet and greet?

A short form with the basics: your dog's age, vaccination records, vet info, and any medications or allergies.

Are vaccinations required?

Yes. Proof of vaccinations is required for every dog, and every dog needs to be on flea medication.

Do you accept every dog?

No. The meet and greet is how Jeanna makes sure every dog is a safe fit for the pack.
